Put the Phone Down

Like many, I sometimes struggle with how much time I spend on my phone.

I tried not to look at it yesterday for anything other than calls and important messages from my immediate family.

The result was exactly as I knew it would be – my mind was not cluttered with noise I had no control over.

The reduced clutter allowed me to be more present with my family, solve a couple of issues for my clients, and rest my mind.

I have not looked at my phone this morning other than to check the weather and respond to a quick text message from my wife.

My mind ???? is ready for a productive day!

Don’t let the algorithms control what you think about each day.
